Above and Beyond. I thought my experience to sell my home could have a bad, but then I teamed up with Carol. She was professional and, more so, she was market-savvy. She knew the current housing market and knew what to expect with the changing conditions for me as a seller. Carol stood by me when my first sale didn't go through. She stayed positive throughout and we discussed options. Her knowledge about the market was right and because of it she was able to find a buyer. She even helped me with locating service contractors to do the needed repairs listed on home inspection report. Carol works above and beyond for her clients.

Carol is awesome! Carol knew where i wanted to be and what i wanted in a house and made it happen! She always kept me updated on the progress of the sale and everything went very smoothly with the purchase...thank you, Carol...I'm very happy in my new home!

Excellent, Very Professional, Knowledgeable and Caring . Carol Daniels was referred to me from a family member. I lived in NY and chose Delaware to buy a home. Great Experience with Carol - Again! We have worked with Carol to buy several homes and each time she has professionally navigated us thru the process to successful closings. With this particular purchase, the area we were looking to buy in had very limited inventory and she went above and beyond by calling FSBO's, expired and withdrawn listings in the area and sending out letters to homeownwer's in the neighborhoods were liked to see if anyone was interested in selling. She also was an expert in the area and was able to show us homes in neighborhoods we had not considered that expanded our search. Ultimately, we found the perfect home and couldn't be happier with the experience and working with Carol and her team!

Amazing to Work to With . Carol helped me relocate from PA to DE and made the process of finding a new home seamless. She asked me what my needs and always kept them in mind when looking at houses.
